UNICO Stamford at a Glance
Our Mission:
The Stamford Chapter was reestablished in November 1976 after a brief pause. The chapter raised the funds to produce and erect the Statue of Columbus and the 500th Anniversary Monument, both of which stand proudly in Columbus Park today.
We are driven by a single goal: to make our community a better place for all. Each year, we award thousands of dollars in scholarships to local students and provide generous holiday gifts and assistance to families in need during Christmas.
